Moscati was among the 107 players who come back in Black Hawk for the final day of action in Colorado. And almost immediately, one of the local players Alexander Carmosino took the control over the tournament. That time Carmosino was a complete wrecking ball as the field was moving down to a final table. There was a point reached in the game where 21 players were left and Carmosino somehow managed to collect more than 26% chips in play.
He played really well, but the only person whom Carmosino couldn’t beat was Moscati. Moscati stayed hot on his heels till he wrestled away the chip finally which leads during three-handed play. After struggling a lot, Kevin Palmer was eliminated in third place, the two players headed up for the final battle.
After playing for around two hours, the two players swapped the chip lead back and forth. After, over 14 hours of the start of the day, Moscati got his A-Q to hold against a dominated Q-J for the win. He won the game and the prize amount of $54,540.
