The World Series of Poker Europe 2017 is currently going on and the recent venue is at Casino Rozvadov which is in the Czech Republic. There were about 529 entries initially for this event which now has about six players remaining. The tournament has seen five days of action so far and the final six who are left would be contending for the bracelet that would be awarded to the winner of WSOP Europe along with a top prize of more than a million dollars. Maria Ho was heading the group when the event moved to the final day. If she is able to procure the bracelet at the end it would be her fourth win to reach the final table, but she still needs to go the whole way to secure the gold bracelet which would be her first.
When she entered the final day of the main event she was leading with a total of 7,830,000 of the number of chips she holds. She will be able to play for 78 blinds in total with the chips she holds. Marti Roca Da Torres from Spain sits in the second place. Contenders for the first position are Niall Farrell, who also holds a considerable number of chips on the final day. Farrell has had a good run so far and even had huge wins at the high roller event. Farrell has also had a Triple Crown win that includes winning at events like the European Poker Tour, World Poker Tour and WSOP. On the fifth day of the event there had been 12 players at the event. Among others who performed well on this day was Kevin MacPhee. The latter had won the main event in WSOP Europe in the year 2015. It remains to be seen how these contenders can work out for the final position.
